Shipping info:

Processing time: We ship from Edgewater, Maryland. Please allow 24-48 hours for us to process your order and to receive tracking information. Packaged orders are dropped off at the Post Office several times a week. Please know that we do our best to process orders as quickly as possible, and ship times may be longer during sales or peak times.

If you would like to arrange in-person pickup of your order, please contact us prior to placing your order.​

We are not responsible for orders lost in transit or damaged by the carrier. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, please contact us prior to shipment of your order.

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Krafthaus is not responsible for delays due to customs.​

Returns:

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for an exchange or refund in your original form of payment.

Returned items have no visible signs of wear or use and appear in new/or unused condition.

Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes monogrammed or special sized collars.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order

  3. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email

  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided
